Open a support ticket
If you can't find the answer to your question in any of our articles you can easily open a support ticket:
- Log in to your personal qbase+ account
- Browse to the support section of your account
- Create a new ticket
For active licenses, where the end date of the license is in the future, there is no limit on the number of technical or feedback tickets. For application support the limit depends on your license type and configuration.
Please provide as much relevant information as possible (e.g. version number, screenshots, ...).
